The smart meter mandated under Kenya's EPRA net metering regulations is only the measurement layer. NuruCore EMS is the intelligence layer — deciding when to charge batteries vs. export surplus power to maximise bill credit accumulation, when to curtail generation to avoid anti-islanding trips, and how to forecast production for next-day optimisation.
